Return Policy
This is a custom made item. Returns are not possible due to your shirts being part of the quilt. We will do our best to communicate with you to insure a fantastic quilt. If a mistake was made in our fabrication we will fix the problem for you at no additional cost. We want you to be happy with your quilt!
Time Frame
Please keep in mind there is a completion time listed on each item description. That delivery time will start once we RECEIVE your shirts.
When adding Machine Quilting this will be an additional 2 weeks added to the time to complete the quilt.
If you do have a particular date that you need the quilt by, please let us know. If this time frame is considerably shorter than the time frame stated on the item description, there will be a “rush order” charge of $75.00 to complete the quilt in time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a "Block" –
A block is the square that is cut from your shirt. A 15”x 15” template is used to insure accuracy. The finished size (after sewing is) 14 ½” x 14 ½”.
Q: What types of clothing can I use -
T-Shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, aprons, dress shirts, baby blankets, pants, baby clothes (NO JEANS, PLASTIC, and HEAVY CANVAS TYPE MATERIAL). Basically, anything made from regular clothing fabric.
Q: What is Sashing –
Sashing is the material that is used around the blocks. It links the squares together.
Q: What is a Border –
We use a 2 inch border around the sashing/shirt squares. It is in a contrasting color. The 2 border is a 4 inch fabric that frames the entire quilt.
Q: What is a Binding –
It is a piece of fabric that is folded in half (double thickness) and is machine sewn around the outside border of the quilt. It makes for a nice edge.
Q: What does the back side of the quilt look like –
The back of the quilt “Backing” is a neutral fabric that goes with the overall color of the quilt.
Q: Can I pick the color of the fabric –
Yes you can! You can suggest a color and we will go with variations of that color theme.
Q: How long does it take to make -
Four to Eight weeks “once the shirts have been received", and depending on the options selected.
Q: Are there returns –
This is a custom made item, so returns are not accepted. We will work with you to make sure your quilt is exactly what you want.
Q: Do you take custom orders –
Yes we do! If you don’t see something you want just "Contact Us".

What Happens After I Place My Order?
* You will receive an email once your order has been placed, with he shipping address.
* You will need to mail your items to the address listed on the email. (postage paid by you)
* Please do not use FABRIC SOFTENER when washing your shirts. The backing will not stay if you do.
*Please Mark each shirt (on the sleeve)as to which side is to be used (F) front or (B) back. The sleeve is not used in the quilt process so it is a great place to put cutting instructions. If you prefer you may pin a note tot he shirts.
* We welcome your input for the color preference of the fabric. Colors will be matched as closely as possible.
*You will be contacted once the shirts arrive.
* When your quilt is completed you will receive a preview photo via email.
* Please keep in mind our 5 to 8 weeks fabrication time starts once we receive your shirts.
*If you need your quilt by a certain date please let us know. We will do our best to meet your needs.

How Our Quilts are Constructed.......
Our quilts are not tied off. They are machine sewn together. The stitch in the ditch system is used between the square rows throughout the quilt.
Sashing is used between the shirt squares. This adds color to the quilt. It also helps to stop the quilt from stretching out. If you just sew the t-shirt squares together it will not hold its shape.
Two strips of a complimentary color fabric are added around the shirts. Also a binding strip is added to the outside edge.
We don't cut out your shirts and start sewing them together. A heat applied backing is applied to each t-shirt square. When you cut a t-shirt it is limp and will not hold its shape. When a backing is used it adds structure to the quilt and will stop stretching.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will use Fedex to ship your Custom Made Quilt. You will receive your tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your quilt.
For the contenental U.S. (lower 48) your shipping charges are included in the cost of your quilt. There will be an additional charge for quilts shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. For quilts being shipped outside the U.S. please contact us for a shipping fee.
International Shipping: Please contact us for a shipping quote
You package will be shipped via FedEx 4 business day in a new box. The quilts are wrapped in a plastic bag for protection during shipping.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed during shipping. We do our part to insure a timely and safe delivery. Boxes are securely taped shut, and the shipping address label is attached and secured with tape. We will purchase insurance to cover the dollar amount you paid for the quilt. The items shipped to us cannot be insured for the personal value of the shirts.
We will supply you with a tracking number. You may track your package at www.Fedex.com. Please keep in mind we are not affiliated with FedEx and cannot answer shipping or delivery questions.
